TechnoServe is seeking exceptional senior management professionals to mobilize, manage and scale country programs in Cote d'Ivoire, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania and Zambia. These country directors and their deputies will drive TechnoServes country strategy; oversee program execution and M&E; develop and manage staff, donor and partner relationships; and spearhead country fundraising. Competitive candidates will hold an MBA or equivalent degree and have senior management experience, preferably in Africa and/or private sector firms (such as agribusiness or management consulting). They will have a history of fundraising success and proven ability to develop and motivate teams.
