On a hot afternoon, children in the Shek Mun housing estate step away from their swings and slides to distribute flyers on an issue far beyond their years: where to store the remains of the dead. A few hours later, several hundred adults gather at the edge of the playground to lambast a government plan for a new columbarium nearby. They promise a summer of marches and Drotest.
