摘要

The parties know there's a problem, but can they agree on the solution? It is not often that the prime minister and the leader of the opposition come together for a private chat. Other than when the country is on the brink of war, it usually means that they need each other for cover. And so it was on April 4th, when Tony Blair and David Cameron met to discuss the tricky issue of how to clean up party funding.
