Let others manage without a 42-win-dowed Italianate drawing room, a heart-shaped double staircase, white-oak floors sawn from trees personally selected in the Allegheny mountains by Donald Trump Jr and a choice of three elevators—one for the servants, one that you share with the other billionaires in the building and one that is yours alone. But you deserve these things, and to get them you go to Ms Lenz, the top real-estate agent in a city that is obsessed by real estate to the point of derangement.
