First, an infamous EDM Today Time Out: Please take particular note of the fact that I purposely use the term "employees". "Employee: wage earner" I do not use the term "Associate: business partner, fellow worker, comrade." Nor do I use the term "Team Member: Sportsperson, contestant, participant, competitor, player." In fact, I despise the concept of political correctness in the workplace that saw the introduction of these alternative, scurrilous terms beginning in the early eighties by management "gurus."
