Global Specialty Machines LLC and Beaumont Machine have announced that on December 31,2012 Global Specialty Machine LLC, headquartered in Mason, Ohio acquired the business assets and retained the staff of Beaumont Machine headquartered in Milford, Ohio. This action is a continuation of the successful strategy of acquisitions and organic growth by Global. By blending the two companies, they will be able to offer customers a superior solution to their EDM Fast Hole drilling needs. The newly formed company will operate under the name of "Beaumont Machine, a Division of Global Specialty Machine LLC."
