A: Maintaining the correct conductivity and keeping your fluid clean is often the solution to problems like yours. I recommend a filter setup consisting of a .1 micron filter in an Ebbco Hurricane canister with a 1hp pump. I also recommend that users install an in-line last chance stainless steel filter (available from McMaster Carr) near the cutting head. I also recommend adding a small chiller (Elkay available from McMaster Carr) to maintain the fluid temperature.
