Roger Buys a Volt I drive approximately 25,000 miles a year, much of which is local commuting. As a result of the combination of my EDM'er's natural affinity for the latest in technoloev. making a personal statement about today's outrageous gas prices, and minimizing my assets flowing to Venezuela or the Middle East, I have purchased a Chevy Volt. The 40 mile electric range will allow me to drive approximately 17,000 of those miles totally on electric power. By the way, the Volt was conceived and designed before General Motors became Obama Motors. From time to time, I'll update readers on my experiences with this vehicle.
