On March 18, I spoke with four of NERC's leaders: Michehl Gent, president and CEO; David Cook, vice president and general counsel; David Hilt, vice president of compliance; and David Nevius, senior vice president. We discussed NERC's place in the industry, the organization's goals for the future, and Michehl Gent's autographed baseball collection, which he was carefully packing during our interview (the offices were being repainted). I got so much great information from the interviews that I had difficulty whittling it down to fit in one article―until I had the brilliant idea to split it in two. In this installment, Michehl Gent and David Cook talk about reliability.
