摘要

This article presents an adaptive rotor flux position observer. Compared with the traditional machine equation based observer, the salient advantage of this method is that it does not need the information of any machine parameter. Thus, potential performance deterioration due to parameter deviation or detuning is avoided. The stability and convergence can be guaranteed when the error transfer function is strictly positive real. The estimated rotor flux position is used to implement the field orientation control. Intensive simulation results are given in this article to validate the proposed method. Good dynamic performances of the driver based on the adaptive observer are also reported.
