Phenomena often occur in regimes. Just as special considerations are needed for low-amplitude measurements, various other matters become important in measuring high-frequencies. Power is normally the variable of greatest interest. For years, it was measured in terms of heat equivalents. Data may be misinterpreted if the reflections of RF waves and skin depth are not included in calculations.
