First Responders Like Firefighters and the police are accustomed to assessing dangerous situ ations quickly when they arrive at an emergency, but what should they do when that emergency involves electrical hazards? The Inland Empire Labor-Management Cooperation Committee, NECA's Southern Sierras Chapter and IBEW Locals 440 and 11 recently sponsored a series of classes on electrical safety for first responders in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, California.
