For original paper see ibid., vol.8, no.5, p.27-33 (1992). The commenter contends that the conclusion reached in the above-titled paper that there is little evidence that conventional tests discriminate conclusively between good and deteriorated unshielded cables is incorrect. He maintains that the author's data can be viewed in such a manner that it will support the opposite conclusion. The author presents further arguments in support of his conclusion.
