EE Times honored the winners of the 2011 Annual Creativity in Electronics (ACE) Awards in a reception at the Embedded Systems Conference in Silicon Valley. The ACE Awards celebrate creators of technology who demonstrate leadership and innovation in the global industry and shape the world we live in. "The 2011 winners, whose age, education and background cover a remarkable range, are the essence of creativity that offers promise for America's technology future. This exceptional group is a cross-section of engineering talent that reaches from Irwin Mark (acobs, co-founder and former chairman of Qualcomm, to four inventive students from Sparta High School in Wisconsin," said |unko Yoshida, editor in chief of EE Times.
