摘要

The influence of high-dose implantation of Kr ions and of the combined implantation of Bi and Kr ions into manganin on sensitivity to pressure and temperature has been investigated. After the complex Kr-Bi implantation the increase by 25% of mean pressure coefficient of manganin specimens and remarkably changes the temperature-resistance characteristic of manganin, making it more convenient for the use in the vicinity of room temperature, has been observed. The surface structure of the manganin foil after implantation with high-energy Kr ions was found to be smoother than before.
