摘要

The temperature dependency of the dc electrical conductivity σ(T) of the composites x(Fe_(0.45)Co_(0.45)Zr_(0.10))+(1-x)(Al_2O_3) nas been studied in the range of 20 - 300 K. The ratios x was in the range of 0.418- 0.540 corresponding to the before percolation threshold. The Sheng's model of fluctuation induced tunneling was used to fit the dependencies of σ(T). Fitting parameters of the Sheng's model were found to be temperature dependent, that was explained by the crucial temperature dependency of effective distance between metal alloy granules of composites.
