摘要

We have examined and discussed various issues of the methods proposed for measuring a surface charge distribution by numerically analyzing a simple model arrangement. Two methods among the four investigated give reasonable results applicable to the measurement in practice. The best method for obtaining the matrix coefficient is the so-called λ-function one as far as the model arrangement is concerned. The effect of a measuring capacitor is also discussed.
