As we all know, the economic crisis has spread to all corners of the world. With few exceptions, most construction sectors are in the throws of a recession the likes of which we haven't seen since 1932. Even in what was thought to be the recession-proof Middle East, major construction projects that appeared to have had the necessary financing in place to be completed have been temporarily halted and, in some cases, permanently stopped.
