The government of Bosnia-Herzegovina is reportedly consideringnprivatising one of its two telecommunications companies. The statencurrently owns a 90% stake in BH Telecom and 50.1% of HTnMostar/Eronet, with speculation identifying Turkcell as one ofnthe interested parties. BMI is in favour of the government's movento privatise as it would increase investment levels and introducencompetition into a stagnant telecoms market.
