It isnirrational for firms to bid for new frequencies for ultra-high speednmobile services in an industry where the market regulation rules arenchanging, according to Vodafone CR spokesperson Richard Stonavsky.nThe impact of the two separate strands of the CTU's policy couldnamount to billions of crowns and the operator is ready to take legalnaction to stop the auction process, according to Stonavsky.
