Macedonia's mobile market is driven by three mobile networkrnoperators (MNOs) which, between them, operate 2G and 3G/3.5Grnnetworks that served approximately 2.332mn subscribers as of Junern2013. A single 4G LTE licence was made available via an auctionrnprocess in Q412, but attracted no interest. Mobile virtual networkrnoperators (MVNOs) have yet to enter the market. The market is ledrnby T-Mobile, a unit of incumbent Makedonski Telekom, and is followedrnat a distance by Telekom Austria-owned VIP and TelekomrnSlovenije-owned ONE.
