The deal will see the two operators sharing their active and passiveinfrastructure, spectrum holdings as well as the roll-out of future 5G networks. Thisagreement is in line with our view of telecoms players increasingly partnering up to sharethe heavy costs of deployment and maintenance of infrastructure, as operators movetowards an Operator-as-s-Service model.
