This paper will improve the computing relation for "carbon dioxide equivalent" developed in two previous papers by considering the toxic effect of the carbon monoxide (CO) emitted by thermo power plants (TPPs) together with other noxious gases (CO_2, SO_2, NO_x). The dependence between CO emission and NO_x emission is analyzed, and some conclusions are made regarding optimal TPPs steam boilers operations in point of atmospheric pollution, considering the relation between these two gases (NO_x and CO) emissions.
