摘要

Energy grid construction projects have been affected both the development of the electric power industry and the national economy. Researching on the evaluation model for risk management efficiency of the grid construction project can analyze the project and sum up experience. We can also provide guidance for the future according to the experience. Based on the entropy theory, the paper makes the evaluation model for risk management efficiency of the grid construction project from three aspects including information, decision and motivation. And the feasibility of the model and method is shown with an example.
