This paper construct a new kind of input and output index system of super efficiency DEA efficiency evaluation model based on the energy consumption structure and not expected output. And China's local electric power consumption efficiency are analyzed and evaluated in the same time. The result shows that regional difference is significant among the eastern, central and western of China. Using the five related factors of the foreign direct investment, industrial structure, the per capita GDP, electricity price and endowment of resources, this paper analyze the influence of the electric power consumption efficiency in the various regions of China.

机译：本文构建了一种基于能耗结构而非预期产出的超效率DEA效率评价模型的输入输出指标体系。同时对中国当地的用电效率进行了分析和评估。结果表明，中国东部，中部和西部地区差异显着。利用外国直接投资，产业结构，人均GDP，电价和资源end赋这五个相关因素，分析了中国各地电力消费效率的影响。
