摘要

A fast boundary integral equation method for three-dimensional (3D) elastodynamics in time domain is proposed. We discuss in detail the plane wave time domain (PWTD) algorithm in 3D elastodynamics, whose complexity is O(N_s log~2N_sN_t) or O(N_s~(3/2)N_t), depending on the choice of the algorithms for the Legendre transform, where N_s and N_t are the spatial and temporal degrees of freedom, respectively. An O(N_s~(3/2)N_t) implementation is made, whose efficiency is demonstrated in problems of the size of N_s = O(10~4).
