摘要

During the past decades, the boundary element method as a solving tool in mechanics has rapidly become very efficient. The application to contact problems, especially in connection with optimization of parameters concerned with the boundary seems to be very attractive. In this paper a procedure using eigenparameters (eigenstrains or eigenstresses) is proposed, which leads to a slope stability increase. For this, an efficient method, that of transformation field analysis is applied. This was recently proposed by G. J. Dvorak, RPI, Troy, USA.
