摘要

An experimenal study on diphasic secondary refrigerants (ice + water + ethanol) has been carried out. Pressure drop measurements have permitted to characterise the rheological behaviour by an Ostwald power type low. Thermal tests on ice slurry flowing in a tube around which a constant heat flux is delivered on the wall enable the determination of temperature profiles and the evolution of local Nusselt numbers. The influence of the ice mass fraction on behaviour laws and on heat transfer is studied.
