摘要

This paper presents an optimization approach to rapidly improve operating modes in batch reactor processes, in the case of exothermic reactions. The aim is to find operating conditions which define a reliable and economical synthesis. The optimization problem is solved by the standard technique of non linear programming SQP. The reactor temperature and/or feed rate profiles are computed, in order to improve a criterium, taking into account several constraints concerning the available equipment, the environmental impact and safety.
