摘要

The resolution of thermal and electrical coupled equations for any electrolyzer geometry is always difficult. The particular case of a reactor for fluorine production illustrates the solution obtained with the help of the finite element code FLUX-EXPERT~R. In order that, we will describe its capabilities about: -the ability for any user to generate specific equations in a guided way. -the peculiar treatment of discontinuity of variables such as overvoltages at electrolyte/electrodes interface. Using of such a code is also proposed by way of illustration to obtain a Cheap and fast experimental determination of electrolyte thermal Conductivity.
