The White House has begun its review of EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler's proposed decision on federal air quality limits for fine particle pollution, which has been linked to cardiac and respiratory disease.The Environmental Protection Agency on Wednesday sent the proposed decision (RIN: 2060-AS50) to the White House Office of Management and Budget, marking the last stage of reviews before its public release.
