The California Air Resources Board took action July 24 to help owners of small diesel truck fleets comply with the state's tough emissions standards for existing vehicles. At a meeting in Sacramento, the agency's governing board approved updated guidelines for its incentive program that helps diesel truck owners replace older, high-emitting vehicles with newer trucks so that fleets with one to three trucks have priority for the grants.
