The American Petroleum Institute and food industry groups asked the Supreme Court on Feb. 21 to review an appeals court ruling that the groups lacked standing to challenge Environmental Protection Agency waivers that increased the amount of ethanol allowed in gasoline for newer automobiles (Grocery Manufacturers Ass'n v.
