A group of domestic utility wind tower manufacturers has filed an appeal with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit of a U.S. Court of International Trade decision denying their request for an injunction to prevent the government from liquidating Chinese and Vietnamese entries of utility-scale wind towers subject to antidumping and countervailing duty orders pending the outcome of litigation over the refund of cash deposits made during the provisional measures period (Wind Tower Trade Coalition v. United States, Fed. Cir., No. 13-01303, appeal docketed 4/3/13 ).
