The Environmental Protection Agency will hold two public hearings on its proposed rule to set Tier 3 vehicle and gasoline standards, according to a notice published April 8 (78 Fed. Reg. 20,881). The first hearing will be held April 24 at the Sonesta Hotel at 1800 Market St. in Philadelphia. The second hearing will be held April 29 at the DoubleTree Magnificent Mile at 300 E.
