摘要

It is likely that a portion of U.S. Army suppliers face water supply challenges, which in turn could pose a threat to military missions, an Army official said June 26. The Army should look at whether its suppliers manage water risk if it wants to have a full picture of its own risk, said Marc Kodack, program manager in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Energy and Sustainability. Kodack spoke at a conference on defense, national security, and climate change organized by the Association of Climate Change Officers (ACCO).
