Reg. 63,421) Sacramento Valley Tiger Beetle/Endangered Status Petition Notice announces a 90-day finding on a petition to amend regulations under 50 CFR 17 to list the Sacramento Valley tiger beetle as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act. The agency has determined that the petition does not provide substantial scientific or commercial information indicating that the petitioned action may be warranted. The finding is dated Oct. 24, 2008. Comments and new information concerning this species may be submitted at any time.
