In the first paragraph of the right column of page 7715, the correct value for (k_2D)~(1/2) is 6.4 μm~(-1) and not 5.3 μm~(-1). The rest of the paper is not affected by those changes, in particular the Figures, reported R~2 values for comparison with the model and conclusions remain unchanged.
