摘要

In large turbogenerators, hollow conductor plugging in the stator winding cooling system may severely impair the power plant availability. Thanks to computer modeling, a better understanding of the thermal state of the stator winding of those machines has been achieved, thus enabling an early detection of the plugging phenomena. An on line flushing method of the hollow conductors using "cationic purification" has been developed by EDF and proved completely successfull, hence increasing the overall Nuclear Generation performance.%Dans les turboalternateurs de grande puissance, l''obturation des canaux de refroidissement du bobinage statorique par des oxydes de cuivre peut handicaper lourdement l''exploitation et nuire au service rendu au réseau électrique. La mise au point d''outils informatiques a permis de mieux appréhender l''état thermique du stator de ces machines et de détecter précocement le phénomène de bouchage. Une méthode de nettoyage en ligne par épuration cationique a été mise en œuvre par EDF et s''est révélée totalement efficace, contribuant ainsi à la performance globale du parc électronucléaire.
