Authors present a concept for the design of rehabilitation machine supported systems, which are based on biologic feedback in real time control. Experience from robotics is used for design of tactile sensors for exercise rehabilitation machines. Main functions of exercise machines are presented and the role of biological feedback is resumed, especially with connection to muscle fatigue process and safety aspects for machine support of human performance evaluating and therapeutic exercise training. The local muscle disposition sensor is described and its properties are documented with experimental results. The sensor is made from pressure conductive rubber. Experiments were done for rubber element properties evaluation and its proper using in a sensor for muscle tonus following. Experiments approved linearity of sensor output. Some hystheresis features are described in connection to sensor implementation.
