A new, 8 page technical brochure covering seamless stainless tubes for use in heat exchangers has been issued by Sandvik Steel. Available in a range of 9 different steels, from standard stainless to the new corrosion resistant duplex materials up to high alloy austenitic steels for use in aggressive environments, there are over 50 heat exchanger tube sizes which can be supplied from stock. Manufactured in a size range from 12,7 mm outside diameter by 1,24 mm thick up to 44,5 mm outside diameter by 2,0 mm thick, tubes are stocked in standard lengths of 12-14 metres. Longer lengths, when required, can be supplied to order.
