The surety given on the basis of Article 21 of the Royal Decree of 18 March 1991 towards the establishing of access to the profession of e.g. national and international carrier of goods by road does not cover the invoices of the sub-carrier for transport carried out upon the instructions of the carrier to whom the surety is related.%Le cautionnement établi en vertu de l'art. 21 de l'arrêté royal du 18 mars 1991 fixant les conditions d'accès à la profession de transporteur de marchandises par route, dans le domaine des transports nationaux et internationaux, ne couvre pas les factures du sous-transporteur pour un transport exécuté sur ordre du transporteur sur lequel porte le cautionnement.
