GEA Westfalia Separator is launching the Fuel Cooling Master at SMM 2010, a system that adjusts the necessary viscosity of low-sulphur light diesel oil or gas oil to further reduce the exhaust gas values of the ships. It is also presenting the newly developed heat recovery system EnergyMaster, which optimises the separating process of lube oils on board ships in terms of energy. The company says EnergyMaster saves up to two-thirds of the necessary thermal energy.
