An order from German shipowner Claus-Peter Offen to equip 21 ships with the Retrofit Pulse Lubricating System (RPLS) has pushed orders for the Waertsilae system through the one hundred barrier. The new cylinder lubricating system, which it is anticipated will reduce costs, will be fitted to all Waertsilae RTA96C engines in the owner's fleet of container ships.
