With a woman of Russian origin at the helm, INTTRA, the world's largest electronic marketplace for carriers, freight forwarders, and shippers, has flourished in the digital age. Since Inna Kuznetsova joined the company in February 2015 as president of INTTRA Marketplace, the e-commerce firm has been growing rapidly and gaining a bigger market share. INTTRA saw a 12% increase at Marketplace, the core platform of the company, compared with zero to 3% growth in the shipping industry in 2015. "We are definitely gaining market share," Kuznetsova says. "We attribute the success to several factors. Our product and IT experts performed a lot of work on improving the portal's functionality, with a new interface and an examination of the end-to-end customer experience, resulting in many changes.
