摘要

Qingdao Port Group (QPG) is leading an alliance of 11 port and terminal operators with the aim of forging a port cluster. The first council of the East Asia Seaport Alliance was convened in China's Bohai Rim city of Qingdao, under QPG's chairmanship. Officials from Dubai Ports World, Malaysia's Port Klang Authority, Busan's port in South Korea, Port of Djibouti, Qasim in Pakistan, and the Chinese ports of Dalian, Qingdao, Lianyungang, Nanjing, Rizhao, and Weihai in late July signed an agreement to improve working relationships among seaports.
