Dutch breakbulk and project shipping specialist Universal Africa Lines (UAL) is keeping a particularly close eye on oil prices - with good reason. UAL depends on the west African oil and gas industry for 80-90% of its business, so the recent slump in prices means the oil groups and top-tier contractors that are UAL's principal customers are starting to re-examine their spending programme plans.
