Although prices in south Asia's ship recycling markets maintained last week's : levels, cash buyers predict they will regress as the monsoon season nears. Bangladeshi buyers have committed themselves to a range of Capesize bulkers, with prices in Bangladesh starting at USD385/ldt for bulkers and USD410/ldt for tankers, slightly up from USD380/ldt and USD400/ldt three weeks ago. Prices in India trailed these levels by USD5/ldt, while bulkers and tankers are going for USD375/ldt and USD400/ldt respectively in Pakistan.
