A total of 167 passengers and 12rnvessels remain stranded at Philippine ports today due to rough seas caused by a low pressure area off the southern part of the country.rnThe passengers are stranded in two ports in northern Philippines, while 12 inter-island vessels are stranded in Cebu, a representative from the Philippine Coast Guard told IHS Maritime.rn"There is no typhoon affecting these ports, but the low pressure area is causing a very rough weather," she said.
