After working for three decades as a senior surveyor for Taiwan's classification society, China Corporation Register of Shipping (CR), Ma Fong-Yuan dedicates himself to developing technologies for greener shipping. With a patent for his treatment Device for Reducing the Emission from Diesel Engine, Ma Fong-Yong is founding a company, WAVE Industry, together with his partner Liao Sheng-Yuan, with which to promote the new technology.
